EVERGREEN, CO. – U.S. Handcycling announced today that it has signed the Paralyzed Veteran’s of America (PVA) as the presenting sponsor of the U.S. Handcycling Series.
The 4th Annual Clocktower Classic in Rome, GA will be the site of the first-ever domestic handcycling race on the UCI’s International Para-Cycling Calendar.
